Community Manager for Apartments
Job Description
Community Manager Requirements:
β’ Minimum 1-2 years experience as a community manager of at least 100+ units
β’ Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
β’ Days/Hours will vary based on property location but weekend availability may be needed
β’ Valid Arizona Driverβs License
β’ Must be eligible to work in the United States
β’ Will be subject to a Background/Physical/ Drug Screen

Community Manager Responsibilities:
β’ Excellent property management skills including leasing, marketing, resident relations/control, and customer service.
β’ Good computer skills (property management software -- Yardi (Preferred), Excel, Word.
β’ Experience with all financial-related issues -- expenditure control, maximizing income, collections, budgeting, etc.
β’ Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff, and management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
