Community Marketing Manager

In this role we are looking for an all-star Community Marketing Manager to transform how we interact with our family of creators and businesses. Think you’re the right fit? What you will do:
- You will lead community led growth initiatives at Flowcode.
- You will expand our webinar program and engage in recruiting speakers, facilitating tentpole events, engaging with clients, and conducting product release events.
- You will start and manage a community of creators.
- You will manage our creator feedback initiatives.
- You will roll out our creator education programs.
- You will work cross-functionally with content marketing, product marketing, and our sales & service teams to create magical moments that bring together creators and drive broader awareness about the offline economy
What makes you a good fit:
- 4-8 years of experience working in community marketing, product marketing, or event marketing roles
- You have experience at a B2B SaaS company. If you have experience at a product led growth company this is a plus
- You excel at cross-functional project management. Tools like Notion, Monday.com, or Asana are ones you have experience in or a desire to learn how to do.
- You have a strong bias to action
- You have an ability to distill data or complex product information into understandable, actionable, persuasive assets that helps decision makers grasp the value of Flowcode for their teams.
- You are an expert storyteller with a passion for writing and content creation
- You have excellent problem solving skills and are comfortable diffusing customer issues.
- You enjoy presenting in front of large groups of people
- You are comfortable operating independently
- HUGE bonus if you have a passion for video editing
