About This Role:

Dedicated resource and main point of contact to Accra's Service Centers. You will be an educator with clients and caregivers on our resources, including but not limited to, programs, services and external technology platforms. As a Community Navigator you will also be a champion for Accra's services and programs while out in the community.

About You:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Human Service related field or 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to work out of multiple Accra Service Centers in Duluth and surrounding areas and have a valid driver's license.
• Enjoys being a champion and brand ambassador.
• Loves to collaborate.
• Passion for educating and empowering people in their community.
• Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and the willingness to gain proficiency with Accra specific systems.
