Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Community Outreach and Client Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with Contra Costa Health Plan providers, local pediatricians, clinics, nurses, and community-based organizations to generate referrals and increase awareness of our services for children with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with Contra Costa Health Plan providers, pediatricians, clinics, and nurses to generate referrals for ABA services.
- Participate in community events and activities to raise awareness of our services and promote our company as a leading provider of ABA services for children with neurodivergent conditions.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to reach potential clients and expand our client base within the Contra Costa community.
- Deliver informational flyers and promotional materials to community-based organizations, schools, and other relevant locations to increase visibility and brand recognition.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and relevant regulations to ensure the effectiveness of our marketing and outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure a seamless referral process and maintain high-quality services for new and existing clients.
- Track and report on outreach activities, referral sources, and new client acquisition metrics to measure success and inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in community outreach, client acquisition, or a similar role, preferably within the ABA or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of the Contra Costa Health Plan and local healthcare providers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
