Community Outreach Coordinator - Entry Level

Our partners were thrilled with the results we delivered so far and the demand for our fundraising services is greater than ever before.

To continue delivering results for our charity partners, we are looking for aEntry Level Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team. Our Entry Level Community Outreach Coordinator has one goal in mind, to educate the community on our charity partners' core message through interactive community outreach events. 

Entry Level Community Outreach Coordinator Responsibilities: 

• Educate community members on our charity partners' core mission through pop-up style promotional events 
• Attend in-office meetings to increase knowledge on our charity partners, rules, and procedures
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with the clients, consumers, and fellow team members
• Work collaboratively and efficiently with fellow team members to increase awareness for our charity partners 
• Establish positive, supportive relationships with the community aimed at increasing donor loyalty
• Responsible for reporting and tracking all activities to management, as well as accurately tracking all donations 

Entry Level Community Outreach Coordinator Requirements: 

• 0-2 years of experience in philanthropy, community outreach, events or related field 
• Compassionate and understanding
• Passion for giving back to the community and volunteering
• Bilingual is a PLUS
• Ability to public speak and present our mission with confidence and professionalism
• Demonstrate the ability to use persuasive communication, leadership, and relationship-building
