Job Description
With over 2,100 employees of more than 100 nationalities, Exness is the place for global teamwork, incredible leadership, a learning culture, and constant development. Unlimited by time zones, Exnessians from around the world have worked seamlessly together since 2008 to provide our traders with the best possible trading experience.
Your role at Exness:
You will manage a variety of projects within the Exness Community Department in Cyprus, MENA and SSA, with a focus on CSR projects but also (to a lesser extent) sport and health projects. Examples are donations to forest fire fighting, building a children's medical day center, student scholarships, lower level education initiatives, employee volunteering activities, but also to help organize employee sport and health activities like sport days and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
You will manage a range of existing projects but also explore new opportunities, as well as coordinating, implementing and evaluating them. In the role you will interact with different stakeholders internally (HR, Brand, PR, Event etc.) and externally (charities and government entities). You will also be involved in the internal management of events related to your area of responsibility. You will mix “high and low” and be involved in (for example) both high level strategy work and lower level event management.
You will:
- Define project scope and objectives, develop work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
- Manage project monitoring, measurement and reviews, and updating project processes accordingly
- Conduct project meetings and be responsible for project tracking and analysis, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within the scope and on budget
- Manage communication with all parties involved to ensure alignment with interests and goals of the company, in particular with external partners like government entities and NGOs
- Manage vendor processing - selection, contracting, integration, payments - and tracking and review of vendor performance
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders in the implementation of projects and policies
- Create, manage and approve project documentation in collaboration with legal, finance, compliance, and other departments
- Manage events within CSR and employee sport and health

This means you need to have a well developed project management mindset, including a natural ability to drive, chase and follow up on projects. In addition you need to have a solid ability to communicate with different people and adjust the message to the audience.
