The Internship program at ADI provides young professionals with the opportunity to gain professional experience within an innovative and global company. The University Relations Team continually strives to accomplish this goal year-after-year by establishing a well-equipped program (virtual and in person) that focuses on growth, company culture, and mentorship, coupled with a collaborative work environment and passion for innovation. On average, each year, ADI converts roughly 70%-80% of their interns into full time hires!

The Analog Devices Foundation seeking a motivated, experienced Community Relations intern to provide support to our Foundation located at ADI's Wilmington location.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • The intern will be engaged in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - working side by side with experienced CSR professionals to support the implementation of a global charitable giving and employee volunteer program
  • This person will develop knowledge and skills that will enhance their educational experience and set them up for success upon completion of their degree program
  • Benchmarking corporate philanthropy landscape, best practices, and trends
  • Supporting CSR communications for internal and external audiences
  • Additional Responsibilities include:
    • Assist Foundation team with current projects.
    • Research current social media trends and suggest videos, posts, or concepts.
    • Develop social media strategy for employee network - Community Activities Board
    • Design internal employee benefits SharePoint
    • Design marketing brochure for both internal and external use outlining our matching gifts, matching volunteer, and community grant programs
    • Support programs and activities supporting community outreach efforts

Minimum qualifications

  • Minimum education
    • High School / Undergrad degree
  • Skills
    • Computer skills: Competency with Microsoft Offices (excel, word, ppt, sharepoint)
    • Canva, Adobe Illustrator
    • Writes clearly and informatively
    • Able to read and interpret written information
