Please Note: This position is designated as a Remote First role which allows work from home but will require travel to our Voya office in Windsor, CT as business requires. Candidates must be located within a reasonable driving distance (50-100 miles) from this assigned office. Specific details on your in office schedule should be discussed with your manager.

Profile Summary:

This Talent Acquisition Consultant will join a very cool team that supports all Corporate, Investment Management, and all technology recruiting. They will be responsible for recruiting assignments that identify, attract and engage top diverse talent in response to current and forecasted openings. This role is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment plans to achieve qualitative staffing results and diversity hiring objectives. This role maintains a visible profile in the market with prospective candidates and industry networks.

Profile Description:
  • Proactively source and recruit a diverse slate of candidates to meet the hiring needs of the investment/Corporate businesses and culture of the company.
  • Consult with hiring managers and HR Advisors on strategy, process, selection and offers.
  • Provide proactive and timely communications to hiring managers and candidates with respect to their status in the recruiting process.
  • Effectively support production/volume recruiting needs (distribution, sales support, operations, etc.)
  • Meet aggressive recruiting targets effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate tracking of data in regards to prospects, candidates, and job requisitions according to TA established processes using Workday.
  • Attend hiring manager staff meetings and share relevant information with respect to the job market, sourcing strategies and techniques.
  • Provide reporting to the business as required.
  • Proactively source and present a talent pipeline for desired Voya niche skills and/or strategic roles by identifying new sources and opportunities to network with talent.

Knowledge & Experience:
  • Experience recruiting Corporate or Investment Management related positions (or both) .
  • Experience recruiting technology roles is a nice to have.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with a proven track record of full-cycle recruiting success in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Ability to flex to variable work volumes and job request assignments
  • Experience identifying/sourcing candidates using diverse approaches.
  • Experience reviewing resumes and applications screening and dispositioning candidates against position requirements
  • Experience in a high energy, fast-paced recruiting environment with the ability to respond to changing markets. Strong understanding of Corporate Finance, Investment, and Equity related roles.
  • Experience using sourcing tools and technologies include job boards, Social Media, Linked-In etc.
  • ATS experience. Workday desired but others OK
  • Working knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws.
  • Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong service orientation with business driven mindset, sense of urgency and continual drive for process improvement. Team player.
