As the Company Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company restaurant technology is operating at its best by partnering and coordinating with RBI corporate, field operations, and IT vendors, as well as hands-on break/fix in restaurant. You will not only ensure that the company is deploying and maintaining restaurant technology but will also build relationships with the field personnel and restaurant staff. You will also be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and managing the technology for approximately forty-five company-owned restaurants. Additionally, you will:

• Maintain and track any technology-related deployments to/for company restaurants
• Maintain, track, and resolve any technology-related problems/issues within company restaurants
• Travel between sites in greater New Orleans, Memphis, and Mississippi area as needed to troubleshoot equipment and/or technology issues
• Seldom, but occasionally travel to the greater Memphis, Tennessee area as needed to troubleshoot equipment and/or technology issues
• Build confidence and strong relationships with field staff and restaurant personnel
• Keep a pulse on general technology needs/concerns/want for company operators

What You'll Need to be Successful:

• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network
• Experience in project execution
• Experience with point-of-sale or other commerce-related platforms
• QSR experience
• Experience working with restaurant technology platforms such as POS, Labor Scheduling Tools, and Back of House
• Always operate with a sense of urgency
• Detail-orientated and hands-on
