The Role:

As a Compensation Analyst at Medely, you will be responsible for supporting Medely’s pay and incentive programs, to help ensure that the organization is providing compensation packages that are internally equitable and externally competitive within each marketplace.

You'll support the EVP of People to develop, communicate, and implement all compensation components, including base pay and other incentive and variable pay programs and will be a key partner in compensation forecasting and headcount planning.

This is an exciting opportunity to help develop Medely’s compensation programs from the ground up. You will have strong analytical skills and a solid willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute. Experience in the SaaS/software industry or with a startup is preferred.

What you'll do:

  • Establish and assist with the administration of annual bonuses, sales incentives, and merit-based salary increase programs

  • Participate in compensation benchmark surveys and find ways to enhance our data Support administration of the HRIS system as it relates to compensation functionality and annual pay processes

  • Assist with compensation forecasting and headcount planning

What you'll need to have:

  • 4+ years experience in compensation analyst role or similar

  • Strong compensation and planning/benchmarking experience 

  • Previous experience in a quantitative and analytical role

  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization applications, like Tableau

  • PowerPoint deck-building experience and constructing a presentation in a concise storytelling format

  • Excellent time management, organization, and planning skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Discretion and professionalism, especially concerning the confidentiality of employee information

  • General knowledge of HR principles and practices

The compensation range for this position is $100,000 -$125,000.
