About the Role

Tebra is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join the team to support our growing company. This role will be pivotal in the design, implementation, and administration of Tebra’s compensation programs to attract and retain critical talent while considering market conditions, internal equity, and company pay philosophy. A successful candidate will have experience in market pricing, job leveling and plan design.

Your Area of Focus
  • Assist in the design and implementation of base pay structures, incentive programs, equity plans and executive compensation plans that reflect the organization's compensation philosophy
  • Provide compensation guidance to management and HR Business Partners with respect to all compensation matters including salary management, program administration and plan design, new hire and retention needs, and policies and procedures in support of strategic objectives
  • Evaluate internal jobs to determine appropriate promotional and hiring pay levels based on internal compensation, performance levels, and external job and market pay comparisons
  • Support the administration of compensation cycles including the company’s annual pay review and quarterly bonus process
  • Conduct market and internal equity analysis to determine recommendations to the board of directors for new hires, promotions, and ongoing grant awards
  • Maintain job descriptions for each position in the organization; ensure descriptions accurately reflect the work being performed by incumbents
  • Analyze and forecast the cost of compensation and total reward programs
  • Ensure programs and employee compensation align with business objectives and comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Prepare materials for the Compensation Committee meetings
  • Administer equity plan; perform equity analysis and audits, produce monthly and quarterly reporting, process annual/off-cycle grants, manage equity participant communications
  • Interacts with third-party compensation vendors
  • Serve as project team member in support of job architecture, leveling projects and initiatives, including analytical and systems support on any changes to the career level framework
  • Participate in market survey submissions ensuring accurate matching strategies
Your Professional Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a Compensation role; development, communication and facilitation of compensation and rewards programs
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
  • Analytical mindset with ability to work with large volume of data and synthesize it to digestible information
  • Outstanding communication, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Perform well under pressure, work independently as a part of a team in a fast paced environment. Flexible and able to quickly change course when the needs of the business and our team shift direction or accelerate delivery
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize while managing tight, critical deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to take a request and run with it under minimal direction and supervision
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and G-Suite
  • Strong business acumen and awareness of trends in Compensation
