Reporting to our Manager, Total Rewards, Lattice is looking for an experienced Compensation Analyst who will partner on strategic projects like evolving our job architecture, assessing the compensation of critical roles, and reviewing the effectiveness of compensation programs and policies to ensure Lattice pays fairly for meaningful work. 

What You Will Do
  • Play a key role in the creation, consultation, and review of compensation policies and processes
  • Advise People Partners and Recruiters on compensation programs and concerns such as base pay adjustments and other job evaluations, including review and approval of new hire offers
  • Refine, maintain, and automate reporting and tools used by People Partners and Talent Acquisition to ensure fairness and consistency in our daily compensation practices (offers, adjustments, relocations)
  • Conduct market research and analysis to derive insights and recommendations, including submitting compensation survey data to analyze competitive salary information to ensure Lattice’s competitive position
  • Administration of our existing equity compensation programs
  • Provide analytics and support in all aspects of executive compensation
  • Partner with the Manager, Total Rewards to facilitate biannual Compensation Review Cycles, utilizing Lattice’s in-house Compensation Tool 
What You Will Bring to the Table
  • 4+ years of experience in compensation, finance, or other HR analytical role
  • Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills with the ability to effectively analyze data and develop or automate repeatable reports, metrics, and models
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team, conduct research, formulate conclusions, and present conclusions regarding business issues
  • Strong project management and follow through
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability of strong communication and analytical skills to drive understanding of Lattice’s compensation philosophy, practices, and administration across the company.
