Summary
We are seeking an HR Compensation and Analytics Associate to support the team with day-to-day responsibilities in reporting and analytics.

What you’ll do
In this role, you will support the team with day-to-day operational responsibilities, specifically relating to reporting and analytics. Specifically, you will:
- Develop and manage standard and ad-hoc reports, templates, and dashboards for HR and workforce related metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition, diversity, recruiting stats)
- Assist with regulatory reporting requirements and filings (e.g., EEO-C reports, DOL requests, audit requests)
- Partner with key stakeholders around the firm and HR Business Partners to identify trends and provide meaningful analysis around human capital data
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Ensure data integrity in HR systems and processes, with an eye toward increased efficiency and automation in processes where applicable
- Leverage Salesforce, Greenhouse, Workday and other in-house systems to optimize data collection, reporting capabilities, and organizational metrics to help inform business decisions
What’s required
- 4+ years of work experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS software
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving and analytical skills
- Capacity to multitask, effectively prioritize, and adapt to an ever-changing work environment
- Bring a “roll up your sleeves and get the work done” mentality and a sense of urgency and attention to detail to requests and projects
- Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
- Must show initiative, be innovative and a team player
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

The annual base salary range for this role is $125,000 - $150,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
