The Compensation Consultant operates as a strategic business partner to high level management by anticipating, building, and implementing the most complex compensation strategies and programs. Â

Provides compensation expertise and project management leadership for the most complex client groups. Â

Partners with and influences high level business leaders in this process ensuring desired plan results, the use of correct plan measures, legal compliance, and the delivery of fully completed on-time plan documents.Â

Manage large complex projects.Â

Serves as a high-level connection between multiple business areas so that consistency in compensation approach and practice can be met.Â

Partners with Human Resources in understanding organizational structures and roles; performs job evaluations, FLSA assessments, position description analysis and determines/recommends pay grades.Â

Basic Qualifications (BQs)Â
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience or high school diploma/GED and 9 years of related experienceÂ

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)Â
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Field of Study: Business, Human ResourcesÂ
CCP certificationÂ
Experience: and 8 years of related experience
Additional Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
