Lime is hiring a temporary compensation consultant to assist with our annual year-end planning process for a period of approximately 6-9 months.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading the annual year-end compensation planning process. You will work closely with the Senior Compensation Analyst on the year-end process and other ad hoc projects. You're energized about building and scaling and being part of a forward-thinking organization.
This is a 6 to 9 month contract position reporting to the Head of Total Rewards.
What you’ll do:
- Consult and provide recommendations regarding compensation offers for candidates and/or existing employees as needed
- Lead and directly support the annual year-end compensation planning process, including merit budgets, salary range adjustments, bonus planning, equity planning and all associated cost modeling and resulting reports
- Collaborate with HRIS to design and test Workday in support of the year-end process
- Act as a trusted advisor to human resource business partners regarding compensation adjustment or proposals
- Benchmark and review compensation bands as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of professional experience in compensation or compensation related roles, including base pay, annual bonus, and long-term incentives
- Fully proficient in Excel and knowledge fog Google Suite preferred
- Familiarity with Workday, with a preference for comp module experience
- Detail oriented, with problem solving, analytical, and budgeting skills
The anticipated salary range for this position is $104,000.00 to $173,000.00. Benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence.
