Compensation & People Analytics, Senior Manager

Warby Parker is looking for a motivated, organized and analytical Senior Compensation Manager to join our Total Rewards team. The Senior Compensation Manager will manage the design, implementation and communication of broad-based compensation programs to support our growth and people strategies. The ideal candidate is extremely bright, driven, analytical, organized and motivated to succeed and contribute to the team's success. 

What you’ll do: 

• Oversee the day-to-day management of Warby Parker’s compensation programs including base pay and incentive programs
• Maintain all company-wide compensation documentation, materials and trainings
• Participate in and prepare submissions for various salary surveys
• Support the execution of Warby Parker’s semi-annual compensation review process 
• Partner with People Operations to ensure accuracy in HR data including compensation, levels, titles, bonus program, and salary structure
• Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on all compensation matters
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations as it relates to compensation administration
• Compile, analyze and interpret data related to compensation and people analytics on a routine and ad hoc basis

Who you are:

• 7+ years of relevant work experience
• Equipped with advanced proficiency with Excel, as well as familiarity with Google suite 
• Able to perform analysis on large amounts of data, draw conclusions and provide recommendations
• Experience with survey participation, market pricing, job evaluation (is desired) and FLSA
• Must be a collaborative self-starter
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Consulting approach and ability to work on multiple priorities
• Superior analytical skills, attention to detail, demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy, skilled in manipulating data, ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
• Strong communication skills; demonstrated focused ability to build relationships and trust with management, vendors and internal stakeholders
