Compensation Senior Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a compensation thought leader and subject matter expert, providing strategic advice to internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Business Unit/Functional Leaders and HR Business Partners to understand compensation needs and ensure effectiveness of compensation practices on a global basis.
- Provides expert consultation to HR Business Partners and Key Senior Management Clients.
- Interprets and administers corporate compensation policy - providing input to, interpreting, and administering of local policies.
- Responsible for compensation evaluations, including executive positions, as requested using established evaluation processes/systems, determining grade/compensation targets, and preparing records of the validity of the evaluations.
- Perform compensation analysis, develop recommendations, and present to stakeholders in a way that aligns with ADP's vision/mission and our Global Total Rewards philosophy.
- Serves as project manager for assigned functions/businesses during our focal point review year-end process. Set deliverables and timelines, clarify policy issues for Business Leaders and HR team, and serves as the primary contact on administrative issues.
- Be a key leader with our focal point review year-end process, including comprehensive analytics and budget management, provide insightful guidance to HR Business Partners and Managers, and present to senior leaders on final compensation recommendations for assigned businesses/functions.
- Collaborates with other members of the Corporate Compensation on Corporate-specific compensation initiatives, including ADP-wide compensation projects.
QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE):
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin., Finance, or related fields of study
- Experience: 10+ years' experience with compensation management and analysis, including experience with compensation benchmarking and job evaluations.
- Proven success in Market Pricing and knowledge of Global Job Architecture strategy
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) preferred, but not required.
- Experience supporting technology clients either at a technology firm or the technology division within a large organization is strongly preferred.
SKILLS and CAPABILITIES:
- Strong presentation, persuasion, and collaborative skills to build and maintain proactive involvement with all levels within the organization.
- Strong analytical skill set with mastery in Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with Tableau or similar tools with ability to interpret and present data.
- Strong business acumen to align both business objectives and HR strategies with corporate goals to maximize shareholder value.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Energetic, intellectually curious, with strong, proven organizational skills.
