Sales Compensation Team / full time, Permanent / 18months-contract / remote / VancouverÂ
Reporting to the Manager of Compensation, Sales Networks, the incumbent contributes to the Company's objectives, by ensuring the effective administration of agents contracts and commissions.
Tasks
- Provides timely front line response to all compensation related questions from our distribution partners by telephone, email
- Assists our distribution partners with respect to understanding the agents and Managing General Agent’s contracts and Remuneration Rules
- Performs indepth commission investigations as required
- Processes manual commission adjustments
- Use multiple computer systems to make and track changes to files;
- Analyses and process complex compensation transactions
- Report unusual situations and help find solutions in a LEAN environment

Desired Profile:
- High school diploma and two to three years of related experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- Work as a team player
- Ability to work under pressure
- Advanced level of knowledge
of the French language, as the person will be required to
handle written and oral requests from unilingual French-speaking internal partners
on a daily basis
