Complex Commercial Litigation Associate (GA / TX)

Kilpatrick is seeking an associate with at least 2+ years of commercial litigation experience or judicial clerkship experience to be based in our Atlanta or Dallas office. Must have strong research and writing skills. Excellent law school credentials, including law review, preferred. Former judicial clerks preferred. Excellent oral and written communications skills and attention to detail required. Strong interpersonal skills highly valued.
