Complex Project Manager: SAP HANA

Your Role and Responsibilities

• SAP Practice is seeking top talent with experience in managing S/4 HANA projects. The SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager would possess the knowledge of the following topics and apply them to bring in value and innovation to client engagements:
• Conversant with SAP Activate Project Management methodology (DiscoverPrepareExploreRealizeDeploy and Run)
• Should have experience in managing atleast one SAP S/4 implementation from start to finish.
• Should have very good overview of SAP. Not necessarily hands on but should be able to organise team and resolve critical situation or complex requirements.
• Excellent financial management skills: Cost management receivables profitability analysis and reporting.
• Should be capable of handling small/medium size team.
• Should be able to influence decision-making and able to drive project delivery.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 20+ years of experience in SAP functional/technical consulting & delivery projects.
• 10+ years of experience in project management for Design & Build / Greenfield projects with global clients in US/UK/Europe
• Managed S/4 HANA development and migration projects from initiation to closure.
• Good stakeholder management skills.
• Good people management skills to manage the delivery teams.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Expert in at least one functional domain skill.
• Knowledge of all technical skills and interfaces associated with SAP S4 HANA.
• Knowledge of IBM project management process.
