About the role

• Support our teams to ensure our operations are abiding to regulatory standards
• Keep all our compliance documents organised and up to date
• Assist our teams in the administration of our policy and procedure document systems
• Provide reporting and data analysis to track activities and budgets
• Help us with regular meetings, projects and audit programs, ensuring our processes are crisp, clear, and up to scratch
• Communicate with team members to support routine safety and compliance processes
• Provide general administrative support to the wider team, collaborating to reach key site objectives

About you

• Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
• Previous experience in accounting software, SAP and Power BI is ideal, but not essential
• Highly effective interpersonal skills - comfortable to work with people at all levels
• Project management experience is preferred but not essential
• Able to work independently and prioritise effectively
• Experience in a safety or compliance related environment would be advantageous
• Demonstrates a highly collaborative and inclusive approach to your stakeholder relationships
• Must have full permanent working rights in Australia
