Mission

Responsible for establishing internal strategies, policies, procedures, processes, and programs to prevent violations of law, rule, or regulation and design and deliver a risk management framework that maintains risk levels within the firm's risk appetite and protects the company.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements
• Participating in the design, development, delivery and maintenance of best-in-class Compliance, programs, policies and practices for (Compliance Risk Management) CRM.
• Reviewing materials to ensure compliance with various regulatory and legal requirements. Identifying and addressing potential risks.
• Monitoring adherence to company’s Compliance Risk Policies and relevant procedures.
• Preparing, editing and maintaining Compliance program related materials.
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Can exercise independence of judgment and autonomy.
• Ensure processes are followed, effective technical feasibility analysis is conducted and engineers are directly involved in conversations with users.
