Compliance Analyst

The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for understanding CFTC regulations, NFA and exchange rules and the firm’s compliance policies and procedures, and apply them to NinjaTrader’s futures business. In addition, you will assist the Compliance Team document policy and procedures, investigate and respond to regulatory inquiries, coordinate with the firm’s Marketing Team to review and approve promotional material, address customers’ compliance related questions and concerns each day, review material produced by 3rd party vendors, and more.  This Compliance Analyst will report directly to the Senior Compliance Officer.

In this role, you will:

• Help develop and implement the firm’s brokerage compliance policies and procedures
• Assist with regulatory inquiries, filings and audits
• Coordinate with Marketing to review promotional material
• Review promotional material of 3rd parties that promote the NinjaTrader trading platform
• Providing compliance support to colleagues and customers
• Document standard operating procedures for the compliance team
• Participating in or leading other projects as they arise
• Train staff on rules, regulation and policy for anti-money laundering, cybersecurity, ethics, customer protection, etc.

Key Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 1+ years of futures industry compliance experience with an IB, FCM or a futures regulator
• Ability to thrive working cross functionally with all departments within the Company
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to navigate complex issues while meeting deadlines
• Microsoft Office products proficient
