Role and responsibility

The Compliance Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving flawless project management and ensuring that our ambitious goals are met with outstanding precision. You will be instrumental in promptly onboarding suppliers into our supplier information management tool while supporting the overall onboarding workflow.

  • Closely monitor support inbox, intake form, and Trust Your Supplier to ensure suppliers progress efficiently through the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with our proven global project team, vendor master teams, and support teams to foster a collaborative environment
  • Offer insights on the overall onboarding process and proactively see opportunities for improvement.
  • Present regular status updates on progress, ensuring SLAs are met, and own issue resolution with a determined approach
  • Complete system testing and general tool troubleshooting as needed to ensure a flawless user experience
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding onboarding to assist in troubleshooting, answering process questions, and driving overall tool adoption

Experience and qualifications

To excel in this role, you should bring a combination of analytical prowess and outstanding communication skills. You will need:

  • Strong, demonstrable experience in a customer service and/or analyst role
  • Proficiency in German Language
  • The ability to successfully interact with all levels of the organization - a strong communicator who can deliver the right message to the right audience

- Impressive business sense with the capacity to influence outcomes, get consensus, and align partners towards future solutions - determined to deliver customer-focused management.

  • Approachability and customer focus while providing value-added expertise
  • Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
  • Knowledge of data management, project management, and technical solutions

Experience

  • Minimum 1-3 years of business and/or functional experience with a focus on customer service
  • Experience working across multiple and diverse organizations, including shared services
