Compliance Analyst
Job Description
The Compliance Analyst will support the Life and Retirement New business team in complying with legal and regulatory requirements and support the Enterprise Compliance programs and plans related to the mitigation of risks across the organization. You will ensure that Life and Retirement New Business implements new regulations and is following set regulatory standards within their operations.
- Advertising review and filing
- File new and revise products and regulatory forms
- Review, create and update standard operating procedures
- Creates/updates regulatory forms and upload the forms to the necessary systems and online forms
- Create and update all fund related materials (i.e. performance fliers, risk tolerance worksheets, etc.)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business related field preferred or 3-5 years of life/annuity experience
- At least 2 years experience in compliance analysis, compliance auditing, quality assurance or any other regulatory field preferred
- Knowledge of state and federal insurance laws preferred
- FLMI and/or AIRC designations preferred
- Excellent research and analysis skills
