Compliance Analyst

The Role:
We are looking for an organized, energetic, and hard-working Regulatory Compliance Analyst/Associate to join our expanding and dynamic Legal/Compliance team. In this role you will be assisting our Legal/Compliance team with implementing our compliance management system while conducting various compliance tests and reviews. You will play a key role in resolving credit disputes issues and complaints management efforts. What You'll Own:

• Assisting Legal/Compliance team in implementing our Compliance Management System and Compliance Risk Management Framework.
• Handling vendor management and merchant management efforts, including but not limited to vendor/merchant due diligence, monitoring and auditing, vendor website auditing, review of vendor marketing materials, etc.
• Assisting complaints management efforts.
• Resolving credit disputes and logging customer bankruptcies.
• Implementing and conducting various compliance tests and compliance reviews.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Superior organization skills and ability to multi-task are a must.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Paralegal certification is a plus but not required.
• Relevant experience in regulatory compliance is a plus but not required.
• Excellent problem resolution skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to proactively identify issues.
• Proven ability to work well with and coordinate with others.
• AML/BSA is a plus, but not required.
• Licensing experience is a plus.
