Job Description

  • Understand and represent all Dynatrace compliance regulations to support the successful alignment of these controls for all operational support of the IT landscape as well as for new application implementations.
  • Lead the data privacy initiatives with Business Systems that will successfully adhere to policies and compliance regulations.
  • In partnership with the Legal stakeholders, support the definition, management and refinement of project and operational backlogs.
  • Lead automation efforts resulting in efficient, effective reduction in manual analysis and reporting for auditing and compliance processes.
  • Operationalize current control policies that are in place today.
  • Represent Compliance and Audit subject matter expertise an all Business System project implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), business controls, and IT change management processes. Create and update technical documentation and support procedures for the applications and systems under your purview.
  • Compliance Acumen: Understand Compliance business processes related to close, planning, and reporting. Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams/systems.
  • Generate necessary project artifacts, such as functional specifications, technical design documents, User Stories and operational guidelines (e.g., "runbook").
  • Training: Train end-users on specific processes and applications.


Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise with 5+ years in compliance and policy adherence and automation, encompassing impact analysis, interpretation, enhancement, and authoring of complex business rules, along with optimization skills using DocuSign eSignature / DocuSign CLM (SpringCM) or other such systems.
  • Bachelor's degree


Preferred Requirements:

  • Prior experience and proficiency in collecting policy requirements and successfully and automating audit and compliance policies.
  • Proven track record of working with Legal applications and processes, showcasing skills in business rules, forms, workflows, custom calculations, and data integrations.
  • Thorough understanding of delivery methodology, with the ability to lead teams in implementing solutions according to the specified design and architecture. Agile / Scrum and Waterfall methodologies preferred.
  • Ability to manage individual security and security groups within Compliance applications.
  • History of leading customer workshop sessions to educate clients on best practices in designing and maintaining application implementation, as well as staying aware of the latest technology trends.


Additional Information
DOE, salary $110K - $120K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
