We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is skilled at leading complex cross-functional initiatives and is excited to support legal and compliance at Fivetran

As Fivetran’s Compliance and Privacy Program Manager you will:

    • The development and implementation of appropriate policies and controls related to ethics, export control, anti-corruption, and data privacy (Privacy-By-Design),
    • The establishment of monitoring procedures to ensure compliance with rules and regulations,
    • Collaboration with product, security, marketing, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to execute projects with a compliance lens, and
    • Program management support for Privacy and Product Counsel as needed
  • Conduct periodic compliance and privacy training and related programs and processes to foster a culture of compliance
  • Monitor and advise on global (including country-specific) legal compliance and privacy requirements and considerations, including new, pending, and proposed domestic and global legislation
