Job Summary:

As a Compliance Associate within the Global Anti-Corruption Compliance team, you will partner effectively with various control functions and business lines. This position requires strong project management skills and a keen attention to detail. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in compliance or risk management to contribute to the enhancement of our anti-corruption program and employee conduct initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute preclearance requests supporting the anti-corruption program, focusing on Third Party Intermediaries, Referred Candidates, and Anything of Value workstreams.
  • Offer general and advisory support related to referred candidates and third-party intermediaries compliance programs.
  • Partner on the development and enhancement of technology owned by the program, driving innovation in risk-related controls.
  • Manage a global inventory of outstanding requests, ensuring timely execution of reviews in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Support ongoing reengineering efforts associated with the Referred Candidate program, focusing on role realignment and risk ownership.
  • Facilitate the Anti-Corruption violation framework and serve as a key contact for policy violations concerning Referred Candidates and Third Party Intermediaries workstreams.
  • Contribute to governance related to the Anti-Corruption program, including updating policy and procedure documentation.
  • Lead interactions with Anti-Corruption Compliance staff and other personnel regarding Anti-Corruption issues.
  • Aid in the development and presentation of materials to senior management.
  • Draft and deliver Anti-Corruption training across the firm.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, exams, and inquiries as required.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3 or more years of experience in compliance, legal/regulatory, or risk positions;
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated success in driving complex projects to completion.
  • Keen attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address compliance issues effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment.
  • Collaborative and energetic team player committed to a positive team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings persuasively.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience with anti-corruption compliance programs.
  • Familiarity with global anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws.
  • Proficiency in using compliance-related technology and tools.
  • A legal degree
  • Anti-corruption experience is a plus.
