We are looking for a highly proficient, articulate, solution oriented, and proactive professional to join our Sector Specialist team focused on the discretionary equity investment professionals in the Healthcare sector.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will work closely with fellow compliance professionals and the Office of the Co-CIO as one of the embedded Compliance professionals and first point of contact for discretionary equity investment professionals in the healthcare sector. You will participate in new employee training and annual trainings, as well as provide continuous interaction with Point72 healthcare investment professionals to respond to real time questions and issues. Specifically, you will:

• Serve as a Compliance contact for management, the recruiting team, and investment professionals within the healthcare sector
• Conduct compliance trainings to provide ongoing education to the investment professionals at Point72
• Chaperone calls and meetings between investment professionals and third parties
• Collaborate internally with the broader Compliance department
• Stay abreast of regulatory and industry developments and help update policies and procedures
• Conduct special projects and strategic initiatives

What’s required

• 1-3 years of compliance experience
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and bar membership OR a Masters level or higher degree in a health-related field
• High level of health-literacy and/or undergraduate study in the area of biology, pharmacology, or medicine
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Sophisticated analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards

The annual base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $125,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
