Compliance Testing & Monitoring

• Proven track record showing ability to maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple assignments and competing priorities
• Strong knowledge of banking laws and regulations, as well as industry best practices
• Experience conducting internal and/or external monitoring or testing
• Strong knowledge of operational processes and technologies utilized in banking, including deposit account handling, loan servicing and collection, and payment processing

Compliance Marketing & Sales

Seeking a highly skilled individual for:

• Review and approval of marketing collateral, ensuring compliance of legal & regulatory (Reg Z & UDAAP) guidelines
• Maintaining checklists and documentation within systems and supporting other projects as requested.
• Monitoring and analyze metrics, KPI’s and trends to identify & communicate potential marketing compliance risks to leadership

MUST BE SKILLED IN EXCEL (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, etc…)

Compliance Complaints and Corrective Action

What we would be looking for-

A strong candidate would be able to reviewing Complaints and quality monitoring for regulatory concerns. Have strong knowledge of consumer related regulations and strong knowledge of operational aspects of banking. Ability to identify potential issues and investigate as needed to ensure there are no open issues and all potential issues were handled according to the regulations.
