Compliance Coordinator, Remote

Primary Duties

• Support Compliance team leads with day to day projects, including drafting documents and communication, organizing, managing and coordinating Compliance meetings and events, monitoring team email and Slack, etc.
• Prepare presentations, track attendance, draft meeting minutes for ACO Compliance Board meetings
• Prepare, audit and resolve monthly exclusion and license verification

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years experience in a healthcare administrative role
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred KSA's

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Core software experience - GSuite, Slack, JIRA
• Experience with Salesforce (or databases generally), Monday, Docusign

Physical Requirements

• Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
