Position Summary The Compliance Internship offers a challenging learning environment to explore Munchkin in a paid assignment with meaningful Compliance related projects. This is a unique opportunity to receive experience that requires professionalism, attention to detail, multi-tasking, as well as tactical responsibilities that expose the intern first-hand to the experiences of a full-time Compliance professional at Munchkin. You will be working full-time hours and the position will last between 10-12 weeks.
Our Compliance team is responsible for and works closely with our creative product teams to ensure that our products are safe and compliant with regulatory requirements. Our Compliance team focuses on quality Improvements and enforcing regulatory guidelines as well as other important functions for our existing and emerging products. This is a great opportunity for interns to develop analytical skills as a solid team player and cross-functional contributor.
What You'll Do

• Research Global (U.S. and abroad) Regulatory Requirements
• Support data management activities
• Safety and Compliance

• Junior or non-graduating Senior level full-time student at an accredited 4-year college/university and minimum 3.5 GPA or better
• Degree in Engineering is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people of all levels and ability to function in a team environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills: accuracy is essential
• Ensure the highest standard of confidentiality and professionalism
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong negotiation and presentation skills
