Position Overview:

The Compliance & Licensing Coordinator works as part of the compliance team to ensure that all software orders are fulfilled correctly, and that each order has the proper paperwork completed to comply with the jurisdictional shipping regulations for each of our clients. This position also involves supporting licensed employees by maintaining records of their current gaming licenses for each tribal agency. A key component is managing the schedule of each of these employee’s license renewals as well as the licensing applications and renewals for the company.

This role is on-site full-time in Charlottesville, VA. If you are outside of this area, you will need to relocate.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains corporate sales schedule and fulfills all orders within the deadlines
  • Ships, receives, and tracks all media (games drives, and operating system drives)
  • Duplicates hard drives and verifies software signatures against the approved lab letters
  • Completes required paperwork per specific jurisdictional shipping requirements that accompany each sales orders
  • Communicates with internal departments and external stakeholders including gaming commissions and casinos
  • Reviews, packages, and submits new software releases to an external lab for testing
  • Enters data into various systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Bill.com
  • Maintains knowledge base of all gaming regulations and shipping requirements for our clients
  • Assists with maintaining all licenses for employees and the company along with coordinating renewals in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Must be extremely detail oriented and follow processes to ensure accurate output of work
  • Ability to type proficiently and proofread your work
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Ability to learn new computer applications with ease
  • Ability to organize, multitask and work independently with shifting priorities
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
  • Team player with high performance standards and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work from the Castle Hill Gaming office in Charlottesville, VA

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with SalesForce or other CRM
