Job Description
This position is responsible for providing support on the development, implementation and execution of the organization's compliance program efforts that establish a culture within the company promoting adherence to relevant federal and state laws, contract standards, and organization wide ethical standards.

- Facilitate communications and processes to manage these expectations in a timely manner.
- Manage processes to assist in execution of compliance plan.
- Maintain working knowledge of applicable federal and/or state fraud, waste, and abuse laws, regulations, and/or enforcement agency rules, federal, state, and commercial payor contract integrity standards and guidelines, etc. In addition, maintains familiarity with corporate resources required to respond to external requests for information.
- Maintain contact with applicable stakeholders to ensure their timeliness and accountability regarding compliance obligations.
- Manage multiple concurrent obligations.
- Interact with the compliance department at external parties to manage workflow requests.
- Work with multiple internal stakeholders to develop deliverables responsive to client information requests and audits.
- Serve as a liaison between compliance, credentialing, and transportation providers to ensure the credentialing process is accurate and complete, and that the provider completes the transportation provider compliance training.
- Conduct investigations including Fraud Waste and Abuse as part of the company's special investigations unit.
- Participate in the special investigations unit with developing data analytics to minimize fraud, waste, and abuse. Works toward digitizing compliance functions.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Seven (7) plus years aggregating information responsive to regulatory or contractual obligations and interacting with external and internal senior level management
- Significant experience and success in resolving healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse matters.
- Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare and/or Home Health experience.
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Salary: $69,900 - 94,400
