Compliance Operations Manager

Under the direction of the Global Head of Compliance, the Manager, Compliance Operations will support Exiger’s worldwide Compliance program.

Key Responsibilities:

• ·       Assist with daily compliance processes
• Vendor and Client screening
• Employee Conflict Checks
• Regulatory Filings
• Data Privacy Updates
• ·       Manage Compliance projects and annual Risk Assessments
• ·       Respond to client audits and questionnaires
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes affecting Exiger
• Work closely with upper management staff to ensure policies and procedures follow applicable laws and regulations and Exiger’s objectives
• Develop compliance policies and procedures as needed and manage their implantation/roll out to global staff
• Develop compliance training program materials as needed
• Serve as a project manager for the Enterprise Risk Management implementation team
• Serve as a trustworthy channel for employees to report compliance-related issues

Knowledge & Skills:

• ·       Knowledge of Exiger products and offerings, especially DDIQ and 3PM
• Sanctions (OFAC) experience, training, and general understanding
• Knowledge of FCRA and related employment and credit laws preferred
• Knowledge of GDPR and other data privacy laws preferred
• Basic knowledge of FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and International ABC requirements

Professional Experience Required:

• Compliance experience in or supporting a global financial services firm
• Legal background and experience preferred
• Significant professional experience gained in roles of increasing responsibility
• The ability to independently query, analyze, and interpret data from a wide variety of information systems or people
• Ability to adapt communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working on long term projects and managing deadlines and deliverables

This position is remote eligible within the United States, excluding residents of California, Colorado, and New York.
