Compliance Project Manager - Europe

Job Description

We are currently seeking for Compliance Project Manager with experience in the gaming industry, particularly in live casino environments and gambling products like slots. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in regulatory compliance, possess excellent interpersonal and project management skills, and be adept at navigating the complex landscape of e-gaming regulations across European markets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor and process compliance obligations for European markets. Evaluate and research new market entrance opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge and assist in the analysis of e-gaming regulatory compliance standards within European markets and advise on strategic market entrances and or risks.
• Develop new market entry project plan and track the progress; prepare and maintain status reports and schedules, track milestones and dependencies, ensuring that all work is delivered on time.
• Communicate efficiently and maintain/develop strong relationships with e-gaming regulators, accredited test facilities, internal departments, external customers, and other stakeholders in regulatory landscape for confirming of regulatory and technical standards to ensure that company meets regulations as per jurisdiction standards.
• Maintain and advise on activity within current European markets in which we offer content. Taking ownership of activities we carry in order to be compliant with our European markets
• To manage regulatory reporting tasks as a result of market requirements, legislation analysis, understanding regulations, queries, administrative tasks such as storing, policies drafting and more.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years in a compliance related role in the gaming industry with knowledge of live casino environments and gambling products, such as slots product
• Strong interpersonal skills, efficient networker, and collaborative team player
• Experience of coordinating audits
• Experience in communicating with people at all levels as an expert as well as excellence in stakeholder management with a high level of integrity
• Experience in project management; develop project plans, track progress, prepare reports and manage expectations
• Commercial mindset and business acumen
• Adaptable and agile, can work in a fast-paced environment and respond and re-prioritize quickly when internal or external changes demand
• Possess analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Secondary education or professional experience relevant to the job
• Good level of computer skills and experience in spreadsheets
• Languages besides English, which is mandatory, are a plus.
