As part of the Risk Management and Compliance team, you will help safeguard the firm's reputation by identifying and mitigating risks associated with our marketing practices. Your role will involve working closely with various business lines to ensure our marketing strategies align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Job Responsibilities
- Assess, evaluate, and monitor compliance risks related to Marketing, Advertising, and Social Media activities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement compliance strategies that support business objectives while adhering to regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular reviews of marketing materials and social media content to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and training to marketing staff on compliance issues and best practices.
- Identify potential compliance concerns, determine root causes, and work with stakeholders to develop corrective actions.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and regulatory changes in the marketing and advertising landscape.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field, with a focus on Marketing, Advertising, or Social Media.
- Strong understanding of marketing regulations and industry standards, including FTC guidelines and social media advertising rules.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex compliance issues and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey compliance requirements clearly to non-experts.
- Teamwork skills; flexible work style and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Professional certification in compliance or marketing (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional, Digital Marketing Certification).
- Audit, Regulatory and/or Testing experience a plus
