Compliance Risk Manager

If you want to:

• Engage in daily risk operations, including screening counterparties and clearing sanctions and adverse media alerts;
• Be involved in the vendor risk management process;
• Ensure our employees and partners comply with internal policies;
• Conduct investigations on counterparties and assist with ad hoc requests to support the execution of our risk management strategy;
• Managing compliance-related initiatives.

And you can check off:

• A proven track record of working with AML, sanctions, or other compliance programs;
• Experience in screening third parties for sanctions and adverse media, and clearing alerts;
• Experience with vendor risk management;
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. And a can-do attitude with a readiness to adapt to an ever-changing environment; 
• A strong sense of ownership, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English.

Bonus points if you:

• Have knowledge of the KYC/KYB process;
• Have knowledge of Lexis Nexis.
