Compliance Specialist - Monitor Liaison Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage and respond to regulatory requests with a primary focus on US regulatory bodies such as FinCEN SEC CFTC OFAC DoJ etc.

• Coordinate and support all aspects of the compliance audit process from start to finish.

• Leverage compliance expertise to provide consultative support to business units as needed.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive the company’s compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.

• Assist with the implementation and roll-out of any necessary compliance programs across the organization.

• Manage cross functional projects responsive to regulator or monitor requirements.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5-10 years experience in compliance.

• Exceptional knowledge of US Compliance and Regulatory landscape is required.

• Prior experience working with a monitorship or US regulatory bodies is highly preferred.

• A legal background or prior regulator experience is a major plus but not required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to operate independently and make critical decisions.

• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
