Compliance Support Administrator
Job Description
Job Summary
The Compliance Support Administrator will perform a variety of functions for the Compliance Support and Utilities Management teams with primary focus on daily mail processing and distribution. Other administrative duties will include assistance with monitoring email inboxes, maintaining compliance records, data entry, and providing general support for the department.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Mail distribution
- Sort mail by category
- Distribute mail and information to appropriate parties
- Change mailing addresses
- Administrative
- Document retention; maintaining electronic files
- Monitoring incoming email inquiries/requests and routing as applicable
- Providing overall support for compliance tasks or programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience
- Clerical experience in an office environment
- High School or GED
- 1-2 years administrative experience preferred
- Knowledge of Yardi preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
Skills/Specialized Knowledge
- Clerical or administrative experience
- Knowledge or comfortability with Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Other Requirements
- Must maintain professional appearance.
- Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis; Overtime may be required for this position.
Physical and Mental Demands
This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers. The position may also entail light lifting of supplies and materials occasionally, up to and including 20 pounds in addition to reaching, stooping, standing, and walking. This position requires the ability to talk, hear, compare, compute, compile, copy, analyze, coordinate, synthesize, negotiate and communicate. Work Environment
Standard office working environment that may be busy and noisy at times.
Salary Range$14.13 - $24.50Compensation and Benefits
