Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for comprehensive digital transformation.
Create and maintain Cloud Migration Blueprints based on customer specifications, integrating them with Shiro.ai e-Discovery.
Conduct in-depth analyses of business and technical requirements, determining the functional and technical specifications needed to transition existing systems to Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform). Design frameworks for Shiro.ai Cloud using these specifications.
Administer Cloud Control Panels (on Pax8 and Azure), configuring user permissions and managing access control, ensuring proper approvals are obtained.
Develop and maintain various logging databases hosted on Cloud servers, ensuring database content is current and accurately maintained.
Generate data-driven analyses of current business process data structures, providing recommendations to improve accuracy and responsiveness.
Prepare comprehensive training documentation for end-users on applications and services (Shiro.ai e-Discovery and Shiro.ai Cloud) integrated into the Cloud. Provide ongoing training and support for business users in their daily operations.
Document the full lifecycle implementation processes for Cloud-based applications, specifically Shiro.ai e-Discovery and Shiro.ai Cloud.
Assist the support team in testing and resolving issues through ticketing systems like Mantis, ServiceNow, and Jira.
Configure, maintain, and manage Cloud Servers (Azure using Pax8 management platform) for Continuous Integration of necessary tools for daily operations.
Prepare requirements documents for migrating on-premises systems to the Cloud, developing a generic framework for Shiro.ai Cloud, and enhancing Cloud System features for new product initiatives like CloudSource HRM.
Troubleshoot, enhance, and test migration-related fixes and patches, providing training for internal resources on application maintenance.
Assist in designing data structures and algorithms, performing configurations, and conducting tests to ensure specifications are met as application usage expands.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital transformation and cloud migration projects.
Proficiency in Cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret requirements.
Experience with database management and data-driven analysis.
Familiarity with ticketing systems like Mantis, ServiceNow, and Jira.
Excellent documentation and training skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

These duties are too complex and specialized to be performable with a bachelor’s degree related to computer science or computer information systems or information technology.
