Computer Systems Analyst, Junior (Tier 1 Help Desk)

Location: NAWCWD China Lake – Ridgecrest, CA or Point Mugu, CA

Strategic Data Systems is seeking Junior Computer Systems Analysts (Tier 1) to join an upcoming program supporting NAWCWD. Subject to contract award in Spring 2025

Responsibilities:

• Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. May analyze or recommend commercially available software
• Document user inquiries and resolutions and contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and user guides to facilitate self-service support and improve overall user experience
• Responsible for assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions
• Assist users with computer hardware and software, including tasks such as printer setup, software installation, troubleshooting word processing and email applications, and providing guidance on operating systems, ensuring that users can effectively utilize their computing resources

Requirements:

• SECRET Clearance or eligible for T3 Investigation
• 2 years of experience and a High School Diploma
