Computer Systems Analyst, Senior

Akira Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Senior Computer Systems Analyst to support our government client in analyzing information and trends through in-depth testing to increase system efficiency.

The Senior Computer Systems Analyst will analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex application issues, system issues, or network concerns. This individual will likewise perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations.

This role is mostly remote work with occasional travel in the Washington DC Metro Area.

Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in planning, developing, and execution of systems engineering and technical reviews.
• Experience in developing, maintaining, and continuously improving software development lifecycle (SDLC)/DevSec Ops process.
• Develop, maintain, and improve integrated DevSec Ops data environment.
• Experience with IT Service Management and IT Operations Management with tools to implement the DevSec Ops and SDLC process.
• Experience with developing and maintaining program metrics with dashboard to support large scale program management deliverables.
• Experience developing, implementing, and managing cyber security plans.
• Working knowledge of ATIO and cATO processes, A&A process adhering to the federal cyber security guidelines and controls. 
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Sciences, or related field
• 10+ years experience in performing system management and integrated functions.
• Experience in leading a team review and improve existing computer systems and capabilities, workflows, ad schedules.
• Experience in analyzing and recommending commercially available software.
• US Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior or current Navy IT systems and project experience.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture development and Model-Based Engineering (MBSE) products.
• Prototype development to implement DevSec Ops pipeline.
• Data management from strategy to implementation.
• Prior experience working for a government contractor.
