Job Description:
- Cryptographic (Crypto) Systems Administrators are responsible to design and implement a fault tolerant (primary and backup) environment, provide operations and sustainment services that may include, but are not limited to supporting Windows Operating systems, Windows Server, LINUX solutions, and support to Cryptographic and COMSEC applications. The ideal candidate will provide support for the design, integration; test and evaluation; systems operation; control of systems and components; logistics support, configuration management; Information Assurance (IA) or cyber enablement, and full lifecycle management of IT solutions under their purview.
Responsibilities Include: - Execute Enterprise Key Management Systems (EKMS) and Key Management Infrastructure installation, operations, and maintenance tasks
- Coordinate and Implement Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Server, and LINUX installation, maintenance, and software upgrades
- Support users with COMSEC / CRYPTO application hardware, software, and application; as well as user support and training
- Provide account management and password services, diagnosing and resolving issues on unclassified and classified office information systems
- Supporting customer with escort duties, facility reset and status monitoring
- Position Requirements
- Active TS SCI w/ CI Poly clearance required 5+ years of IT support experience within DoD or IC classified facilities
- DoD IAT Level II Certification is required
- Understanding of applying advanced security principles to the computing environment (CE).
- Ability to analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot and recommend solutions for hardware and software problems related to desktop computers, Print servers, scanners, printers, desktop video/video teleconference systems, and peripherals (zip drives, external zips, scanners, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability with installation, configuration, and the ability to learn unique applications and programs.
- Ability to troubleshoot Microsoft products including, but not limited to, Windows, Office; including all aspects of Windows security and Microsoft desktop products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent customer service skills are a must.
- Qualifications
Cryptography (Crypto) Systems Administrator (SA) for San Antonio, TX shall meet a minimum of five (5) years relevant Systems Administration experience; as well as, EKMS/KMI, Space and Terrestrial Cryptographic familiarity.

Salary Range:
$81,500.00 - $142,600.00
