But enough about us, it's YOU we're excited about. We’re looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and collaborative Conceptual Art Director to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is well versed in conceptualizing and executing 360 campaign initiatives including digital — going above and beyond to ensure all work is delivered with a keen eye for detailing and innovation. You will work alongside our Creative Directors, Strategists, Designers, Content Creators and Copy Writers to concept award-winning work spanning accross integrated campaigns, web, social, and print. We are a highly collaborative agency therefore this is an in-person full-time position based in our FiDi NY office
Qualifications
Key Areas of Responsibility:Â
The candidate is expected to ideate and implement creative solutions that effectively convey our clients' brand identities, positioning, and messaging across various brand channels(including social)
- Conceptualize and execute outstanding creative across channels
- Collaborate with other agency members/teams/divisions to develop creative concepts
- Develop visual brand identities for campaigns and social activations
- Manage visual identity of brands
- Ability to edit basic video and create motion graphics
- Providing clear and concise direction to production and junior designers
- Create cohesive design systems for web experiences inclusive of font styles, colors, motifs, and reusable modules
- Research visual comparative/competitive examples on any given project
- Manage a small team of designers and content creators
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years industry experience
- Strong digital portfolio (campaigns, social content, websites)
- Must be able to work with creative people in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong multi-tasking skills (able to work on multiple briefs at any given time)
- Strong time management skills
- Must have a strong grasp of social media and be up on the latest trends & relevant brands
- Must be comfortable presenting work internally and externally with senior-level clients
- Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneouslyÂ
- Strong typographic sensibility
- Ideally has worked on both integrated campaigns and product websitesÂ
- Programs: Figma and core Adobe Suite programs like photoshop etc.

- Animation/motion design experience

Additional Information
*Salary Range: $70k - $110k
