University of Michigan Health system is currently seeking a full-time Internal Medicine physician for a concierge level practice in Bloomfield Township, Michigan.

Situated in a brand-new office space in one of the most highly sought-after communities in the country, our physicians will be fully integrated into the University of Michigan Health System and serve as community liaisons for our various clinical programs, research, and academic activities. As we develop new models of care with our community physicians and clinical partners, our concierge physicians will work closely with the University of Michigan Health System, to ensure patients receive distinguished care in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.

Description:

• Care for members includes chronic disease management and acute outpatient care as well as comprehensive annual preventive health physical examinations
• No in-person night or weekend responsibilities
• Provide 24/7 access to members for after-hours urgent needs
• Opportunities to craft your scope of practice to your unique skillset (lifestyle medicine, procedures, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Excellent communication skills, bedside manner, quality care and organizational skills
• A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, values-driven organization
• At least 5 years of post-residency clinical experience is required
