A best-in-class client experience is our main focus at Ever/Body. As Concierge, you will be a first point of contact for all of our clients’ inquiries. The Ever/Body way is all about taking your authentic passion for health, aesthetics, and wellness, and projecting that into making our clients feel completely confident, safe, and valued. You will become an expert in all things Ever/Body. You will be responsible for supporting customer outreach via texts, live chat, emails, and phones. Our ideal candidate is focused on providing friendly, passionate, and authentic service to everyone who inquires about the business.

Responsibilities

  • Strong skills in interacting with clients
  • Act as a primary contact for our clients, answer inbound questions and inquiries over phone, email, chat, and additional communication gateways
  • Be an ambassador for the Ever/Body brand and embracing our mission
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist clients in scheduling, canceling, or changing appointments
  • Serve as a concierge to our VIP clients specifically
  • Prioritizing the most urgent support needs while ensuring that every interaction is addressed timely with genuine care
  • Proactively help to resolve customer inquiries and concerns 
  • Serve as subject matter expert to all inquiries regarding services and packages that we offer 
  • Guide clients to services that fit their needs and obtain their goals
  • Create and send invoices based on a client’s recommended treatment plan
  • Ability to prioritize and pivot for the ever evolving needs of clients
  • Be the voice of the client; provide feedback to your manager on what is working well and what can be improved
  • Work closely with center teams to assist as needed in schedule changes
  • Be accountable, adaptable and reliable - managing time, projects, and daily responsibilities while assisting new and existing clients
  • Additional responsibilities may include assisting in training other team members as well as administrative or ad hoc projects that help the client experience

Requirements

  • Must have an excitement to learn about the Aesthetic and Cosmetic Dermatology industry and the specifics of our treatments and services
  • Must exude patience, calmness under pressure, kindness, and adaptability
  • Must be reliable and act with integrity
  • Must have the availability to work a non-traditional schedule; including nights, weekends, and some holidays
  • Must have the ability to work autonomously without constant supervision
  • Must have excellent time management
  • Must have fantastic client service and communication skills
  • Must have a working knowledge of GSuite and Apple products
  • Bilingual is a plus!
