Concorde XAL Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Concorde XAL Consultant to support one of our clients. This role involves managing support tickets and implementing business change requests to ensure efficient system operations and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main contact for resolving Concorde XAL issues, providing Level 2/3 support
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design, implement, and test system changes
• Identify and execute optimizations to enhance system performance
• Maintain system documentation and provide user training
• Work closely with internal teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Concorde XAL Consultant
• Proficiency in English and Polish language
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills in Concorde XAL
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
