Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction and renovation tasks, demonstrating proficiency with both power and hand tools. This role is crucial for ensuring that materials are accurately cut and prepared for installation, contributing to the overall success of our projects. Responsibilities • Utilize power tools and hand tools to cut materials such as drywall, wood, and tile according to specifications. • Assist in the installation of drywall and trim carpentry elements. • Perform tile laying and concrete finishing tasks as needed. • Operate concrete mixers for preparation of materials. • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow on renovation projects. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. • Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues with tools and equipment as necessary. Requirements • Proven experience in drywall installation, trim carpentry, tile laying, or concrete finishing. • Strong mechanical knowledge related to the operation of power tools and hand tools. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings. • Excellent attention to detail and precision in cutting materials. • Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. • A commitment to safety practices on the job site.
